Fire Department Cost Recovery Ordinance
This ordinance is to provide for the recovery and collection of fees for providing Fire and Rescue personnel, equipment and services for certain fires and other emergencies pertaining to utility companies. Pursuant to the authority of 1951 PA 33, as amended by 1990 PA 102, MCL 41.806a; MSA 5.2640(6a).
